The 8th grade is freshly off the rivers and lakes of the North Woods of Maine!  A final trip, it could not have been a more rewarding week.  We battled cold – and a few bugs – 25 mph headwinds, a swiftly moving hail storm, and the challenge of learning to properly stern a canoe; clear skies, solid friendship, delicious food, and fresh air were in abundance.  Each and every student can be rightfully proud of their accomplishments!  This week, with five nights in the wilderness, was a true right of passage for these young people.  We have many special memories to take us into the future!
Thank to our dear Ms. Rounds for journeying on this adventure with us!
