Please contact the enrollment office for more information about visiting opportunities. admissions@hartsbrook.org or 413-586-1908 x116 Submit your application with a $60 non-refundable application fee to The Hartsbrook School, Enrollment Office, 193 Bay Road, Hadley, MA 01035. Request to have copies of your child’s transcript forwarded from the previous school (form attached below). Please also include IEP/504 plans and the results of any testing. If needed, submit an online application for placement on the sliding. Find the link below. Once your child’s application, application fee, school transcript and any other supporting materials have been received, the enrollment director will contact you for the following: A parent interview with a member of the faculty A school visit for the student. Prospective early childhood families will meet with teachers in a small group to play and get to know each other. Applicants for first grade will have a developmental assessment with the first grade teacher and teachers from the Early Childhood faculty. Grade school and high school applicants will visit for a school day. When the interview and the school visit are complete, an admissions decision will be made. Admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis. If a class is fully enrolled, qualified applicants will be accepted onto a waiting list for that class.
