Farm-to-Table Auction Gala

We invite you to join us and Hartsbrook’s community of current families and friends, alums, grandparents, faculty and staff, and supporters in the wider community for our 6th annual Farm-to-Table Auction Gala! We share and witness a sumptuous meal prepared onsite by two alum chefs, featuring produce grown by students from The Hartsbrook School and local farms. Lively paddle-up and silent auctions with views of the Holyoke Mountain Range aglow in autumn colors makes for an extraordinary evening.

$500,000 is needed to sustain the unique and exceptional programming at The Hartsbrook School. The Farm-to-Table Auction Gala seeks to raise a portion of these necessary funds. Your participation in Farm-to-Table ensures a Hartsbrook education remains possible and sustainable for more families by supportingour Sliding Scale Tuition Model, and sustains the needs of the Land Stewardship program, which integrates climate education, animal husbandry and care, beekeeping practices, biodynamic farming and sustainability into the life and body of the school community and curriculum.

Bidding has begun!

Get a head start on bidding and a sneak peek at just a few of the exciting items for the live and silent auctions. More items will be added between now and October 1 so be sure to check back regularly! And, this is a great opportunity to familiarize yourself with the new digital online bidding system.

This year’s silent auction will be digital, which will make it possible for members of our community who are unable to attend the event to still be able to participate. We are excited to share our silent auction in this way! This also means, you’ll need to attend with a data-plan enabled mobile phone. If you do not have one, we have you covered! A device will be available and support will be provided.

Fund-A-Need

One of the best parts of our Farm-to-Table event each year is witnessing the kind and generous support of our guests as they come together in community and fund critical needs of our Land Stewardship Program and Sliding Scale Tuition Model through our Fund-A-Need auction.

And, because we know how important funding these needs are to the success of our programs and how many people truly want to support them, this year we’re providing an advanced opportunity to Fund-A-Need.

This means whether you’re attending Farm-to-Table or not, you can give now to one of our critical areas of need:

• Emergency medical care for the animals
• Nourishment for the animals
• Farm Camp scholarships
• Emergency tuition support
• Making a Hartsbrook education possible and sustainable for more families
