The high school performances of Mr Oz Presents: BEHIND THE CURTAIN were joyfully received by laughing and applauding audiences this past weekend. Under the creative direction of Brianna Sloane and Liz Rose, the high school students imagined, wrote, sang, choreographed and collaborated in a multitude of ways. This show, combining themes from The Wizard of Oz with the traditions of traveling performers of Vaudeville, was designed to delight and amaze! The students on stage were supported by their peers who worked capably on music, lighting, costumes, set design, programs, concessions and every aspect of creating a fine musical. Much gratitude to our entire community who supported and attended this delightful production. And bravo to the high school!
