COMMUNITY CRAFTING: WET-FELTED SOAPS

Wool, soap, and warm water make a magical combination when it comes to crafting. Come try your hand at a creative and colorful wet-felting project and make your own felt-covered bar of soap! In this workshop, we will wrap goat’s milk soap bars with wool roving and gently massage them with warm soapy water. The wool will become felted, binding together and shrinking in size until the bar of soap is fully encased in a cozy cover. Enjoy these beautiful, functional, and delightfully scented objects in your home!

No experience is necessary, and all other materials will be provided.

Cost: A $10 donation towards materials is appreciated.
