The role of our development work is to build relationships with parents, alumni, alumni parents, grandparents, friends and relatives, corporations, foundations and the general community. The Hartsbrook School relies increasingly on goodhearted support to maintain the excellence of its education.

Approximately 5% of the School’s operating budget is raised each year through unrestricted contributions to the Annual Fund from Waldorf families, staff, alumni, former parents, grandparents, corporations, foundations, friends and relatives.

The generous contributions of our donors enables us to provide a diverse student body with an education that supports the development of free-thinking, self-directed young adults eager to contribute to our world. The Annual Report honors the many aspects of our community’s generosity.

We are so grateful for each expression of support!  Thank you.

From all of us on the Development Committee–
